# Xaviour Greenhalgh > Xaviour Greenhalgh is a Sydney-based software engineer, CTO and co-founder. Xaviour works on release and reliability transformations for scaling software teams: site reliability engineering, platform engineering, testing, observability and putting AI into production safely. This site (xav.contact) is Xaviour's personal contact card. Xaviour's stated mission is to help 1,000 developers "ship more and break less" by the end of 2027. The focus is on fixing engineering foundations (tests, release pipelines, observability, gates and governance) rather than adding tools or headcount, and on finding the one or two bottlenecks that gate everything else in a team's software delivery. ## Contact - [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/xaviourg/): the best way to connect professionally - [Contact card (vCard)](https://xav.contact/xaviour.vcf): name, phone, email and links in one file - [X / Twitter](https://x.com/XaviourDG): @XaviourDG - [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/xaviour.greenhalgh/): @xaviour.greenhalgh - [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/xaviour.greenhalgh.2025) - [GitHub](https://github.com/XaviourG): XaviourG ## Current role - Co-Founder & CTO, [Vectorise](https://vectoriselabs.com/) (April 2026 to present, Sydney).
